One-on-One Training

One-on-one training is available with one of our professional trainers on an hourly basis. The major benefit of this option is that you may purchase one hour at a time. This option is perfect for the person who is moderately familiar with their computer and simply needs help with a few topics.

6 Hours Training Retainer

Purchase a 6 hour training retainer and use the time to cover only the information that applies to you. The six hours can be divided into, two and three hour sessions.

You may bring your computer to MacMan, Inc. for in-store training for $360, or you may opt to have our trainer come to your residence. If you are located in Eau Claire or Altoona the price is $390 including travel. If you are located outside Eau Claire or Altoona, the cost is $360 plus travel for each visit. Round trip travel is calculated at $60 per hour. A 2 hour minimum of training is required for each trip.

When you purchase 6 hours of training along with any setup option we will deduct $40 from your purchase order!

All training time purchased must be used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise stated. All training must be pre-scheduled. If you need to cancel a training session, a two day notice is required. Last minute cancellations or no shows will result in lost time and may not be rescheduled. All training time not used within 90 days will be lost. There will be no refunds given for unused time. All training must be prepaid. All prices are based on 3% cash or check discount.
